RESERVATION & BOOKING PROCEDURES
You can request booking via e-mail info@aghhotel.com through our Booking Form. Once receipt of your booking request, our reservation staff will response you as soon as possible & inform you about room availability and make tentative booking.
We will send our reservation confirmation for your record and indicate payment due date. Reservation procedures will response to you within 48 hour if reservation is received during our office hours (09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m. Sunday - Friday).
Your booking will be secured after receiving 50% deposit of each booking.
PAYMENT METHOD
To guarantee your booking, please print out credit card payment authorization form, fill in the details and fax back to: (977)- 1- 4701133.
If for any reason we do not receive the payment by the due date, we regret to have to release your booking automatically.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation must be notified to AGH in written only.
- Any cancellations or modification received less than 7 day(s) before arrival will be subjected to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night(s) charge of each booking.
- Failure to arrive at our hotel will be treated as a late cancellation. This will incur 100% of total amount.
- Payment by credit card: NRS 1000.- will be charged as AGH's handling fee Refund will be returned to the original credit card and 3.5 % credit card fee will be applied
- Payment by cash: NRS 1000.- will be charged as AGH's handling fee Refund will be returned in cash
